Dan reached out personally at the start of a new claim to guide me through what to expect. Since it was our first claim, this was really appreciated. Related, the State Farm app is easy to use and I refer to it frequently. Information is reflected quickly and it is easy to navigate. This is a refreshing experience compared to our former carrier’s digital platform. In my observation, Dan’s agency strives to be exceptional and it shows. And, I am glad to have the backing of a stable State Farm insurer to rely on.
